Please note:

• Reservations/bookings can be taken -- at the earliest -- 12 weeks ahead of the desired date.
• Reservations must be confirmed (booked) -- at the latest -- 4 weeks ahead of the exam date. Otherwise, the reservation will automatically be cancelled.
• If you miss or want to postpone a confirmed/booked exam date -- without proven medical or other very serious reasons -- the next possible exam date will be no earlier than 4 months after the missed exam date.
• The recommended preparation time for a 12-SWS oral exam is at least 3 months. We recommend learning in groups. If you are interested we can support the formation of learning groups having exams at the same time.
